Bluebeam Org Admin Portal Guide

In this document, we will guide you through setting up your Bluebeam Org Admin Portal, which is replacing the Gateway License Portal. This online tool will enable Org Admins to manage subscription seats and add/remove/assign users and admins, as well as download, install and deploy Revu 21.

Set up the Org Admin Portal 

Register the Org Admin Account

  1. Check your email for the Bluebeam Invite to Register
  2. Click Accept Invitation
  3. Complete the form, fill out all required details, and click Finalize
    • Note: If you have never had a Bluebeam ID, check your email for a confirmation email to          verify your account
  4. Check your email for your Bluebeam Org Admin Access and click Get Started
  5. Sign in with your new Bluebeam ID
  6. Select the applicable server
  7. You can now access the Bluebeam Org Admin Portal:

Add Users & Assign Access

  1. In the upper-left corner, click your name to reveal a dropdown
  2. Select My Account
  3. Select Account Administration -> Users & Product Tier Management
  4. Click Create New Subscription User:

  5. Complete the required fields* or select Bulk Add Users and follow the instructions (see below):

  6. Click Save (the Select a Product Tier dialogue will appear)
  7. Grant your user access to the available, desired license and click Save ChangesPicture4_product_teir.jpg

Bulk Add Users by Importing a .CSV File

  1. Account Administration > Users & Product Tier Management > Create New Subscription User
  2. Select the Bulk Add Users tab
  3. Download the provided template
    • Add user information
    • Save the file to .CSV format
  4. Upload the .CSV file under Upload Your Files
  5. Select Run Validation
    • Review any errors if found
    • Select Import All once complete
  6. Review the summary and Close

Edit User Information

To edit existing user information from the User Overview:

  1. Select the options menu icon ) to the right of a user’s status in the far right column
  2. From the resulting menu, select Edit User Information (the Modify Subscription End User dialogue will appear)
  3. From this window, you can re-send a user’s invitation, modify their Product Tiers, update contact information, and deactivate users
  4. Select Save, and the updated information will appear in the User Overview list

Download, Install, and Deploy Revu

Download Revu

.EXE Download for Individual Installers

  1. Go to the Bluebeam Download Center
  2. Under Revu 21, click Download for Desktop

MSI Files for Network Deployments and Silent Installations

  1. Go to the Bluebeam® Revu® 21 Deployment Guide
  2. Locate the Download Deployment Packages (MSI) Section
  3. Download the .MSI:

Install Revu

Installation for Individuals

  1. Launch the Revu21XX.exe
  2. Follow the steps in the Installation Wizard
  3. Sign in to activate your software
