Layout Viewports zoom to extent of model space objects.

Issue

When working in layout space, when you put your cursor inside a Viewport you may notice all the other Viewports will “zoom” to the extent of your model space objects.

Cause

The system variable UCSFOLLOW is set to the value 1.

Solution

Type the command USCSOLLOW and then press enter.  Type the value 0 and then press enter.  The spontaneous viewport zooming behavior should no longer occur.
