Adding a Custom AutoCAD Profile to a Custom Install for AutoCAD

Issue: Need to easily add an AutoCAD Profile to an AutoCAD Installation Deployment.

Reason: Adding a custom AutoCAD Profile to specify specific Support File Search Paths and other settings to an installation deployment was not possible without a handle on complex settings within the configuration of a deployment.  It was usually easier to just import the profiles after AutoCAD was installed on a client workstation.  But that necessitated an additional step in the installation process.

Solution: With the new Autodesk Account Custom Install for AutoCAD, a new configuration setting allows for the easy selection of an established custom AutoCAD Profile:

No additional steps required.

A best practice would be to create a new AutoCAD Profile based on the version of the AutoCAD Custom Install being created.  In other words, don’t specify a profile created in AutoCAD 2022 for an AutoCAD 2023 Custom Install.
