How to Install

  • Option 1: Reinstall using the installer attached to this article
    1. Right-click the Windows button (Logo).
    2. Choose "Apps and Features".
    3. Select "Autodesk Identity Manager" and uninstall it.
    4. Reboot the machine.
    5. Download and unzip the updated: Autodesk Identity Manager Component Installer
    6. Double-click the 'AdskIdentityManager-Installer.exe' file to start the installation.
    7. Follow the Installation dialog screens until the process is complete.
