How-to Revert to a Previously Synced Revit Cloud Project

Question: 

Is it possible to roll back a Revit Cloud Project that has been synced, to a previous version of the model?

Answer:

For Revit 2019-2022:

  1. Ensure that all other users are out of the model.
  2. Open the model.
  3. Select "Manage Cloud Models" from the Collaborate menu:                                                                                                                                                                2023-10-06_08-58-44.png                                                                                                                                                                                                             or Select the synchronization icon along the bottom of the window:                 
  4. Select the Project:
  5. Find the model you want to restore and select Actions > View Versions:
  6. Find the version you want to restore to, and click the Restore icon:
  7. Confirm the action:
  8. Close & Re-open the model: 

For Revit 2023 and Newer

  1. Ensure that all other users are out of the model.
  2. Select the ... icon for the model from the Home screen and select Version History:2023-10-06_08-14-57.png
  3. Find the version you want to restore and select Restore to version:2023-10-06_08-11-45.png

  5. Open the model.
