How to reset activations for CADD Apps

How do I reset a user's number of activations for CADD Apps for Revit (FilterPlus, Warnings Plus, Dashboard, and Toolbox)? 

Answer:

CADD Community users have access to download and install our CADD Apps for Revit. These are FilterPlus, Warnings Plus, Dashboard, and Toolbox. CADD Microsystems licensing for these apps limits the user to attempt activation on 3 devices. Occasionally, a user will need their activation reset if they receive a new machine, etc. Follow the steps below to reset a user's activation:

  1. Launch the CMI License Portal 
  2. Go to the Manage License tab
  3. Enter in the user's email and search for their license
  4. Increase their Quantity of activations by 1
  5. Click outside of the Quantity column to register the new number
  6. Click Save Licenses
