Local License Manager is showing "No Network Adapters" available under Valid MACs

Issue

When trying to provide a valid MAC address from the Local License Manager, there are no MAC addresses that are available. The LLM only shows "No Network Adapters" available. 

Cause

Autodesk reports that "No Network Adapters" appears when none of the available adapters will work with Flexera.  They are either virtual, non-physical, or all adapters are disabled and therefore cannot be enumerated.  The adapter MAC address (locally administered or physical) is used as the license cypher.  Without it, the license engine cannot work.

Resolution

Provide the above explanation to the user's IT group to see if they can install and enable a network adapter on the affected machine.
