Error: "Unable to sign in" when connecting to a Bluebeam session

Eden Davis Eden Davis

Issue

The Studio admin has invited you to a Studio Session via email (see invitation below):

However, you receive the following error when logging in to join the session:

mceclip0.png

Cause

This is due to a lack of a Bluebeam ID before attempting to join the session.

Because you have been invited to a Studio Project/Session, the system will recognize the email address used on the invitation email. However, to join the Project or Session, you must create a BBID account for that email address.

Affected Software

Bluebeam Studio

Resolution

  1. Create a Bluebeam ID: How to create a new Bluebeam ID (BBID)
  2. Once you have the log in created try to access the session - it is recommended to clear any autofill/saved passwords if issues persist.
